Ayesha got married to YBM on 21st June 2003

YBM stated in the nikahnama that he had no existing wife.
YBM and Jamila's divorce certificate was attached to the nikahnama.

Ayesha and YBM separated in January 2006.

YBM fabricated an illusion that he had divorced Ayesha while both kept meeting discreetly. He insisted that he needed time to sort out his family matters.

Meanwhile, he started living with Jamila again, falsely pretending to the world that they had reconciled after a brief separation.

Ayesha was portrayed as the second wife who had been divorced and Jamila as the first wife who had never been divorced.

YBM has recently sent divorce papers to Ayesha on 5th May 2012, likely to become effective after a lapse of 90 days i.e. on 5th August 2012.

This is a conclusive admission that YBM acknowledges that he has been married to Ayesha since 2003 and there has been no divorce in 2006 as falsely claimed.

In 2010 YBM demonstrated the willingness to make the reality of his relationship with Ayesha public. He also expRESSED the deSIRE to have a child with her.
